Construction became an interest to Tom when he was five years old while repairing a door with his dad, also a carpenter. He kept that interest and in high school began building houses and later entered the building trades program.  After completing his studies, Tom went through a four year union apprenticeship program earning the title Journeyman Carpenter.

In the ensuing years, Tom rose through the ranks of the commercial construction world, supervising a significant volume of work in the metro Indianapolis area.  As a job superintendent, Tom oversaw a variety of projects including warehouse, office, retail, hospital, and manufacturing facilities.

Tom had always longed to own his own firm. Over the years he completed projects for friends and neighbors who always were glad to find a construction expert they could trust in their home. From this need, a marketing plan was born and Tom incorporated his business.

“I have always surrounded myself with people of high integrity who share my values and commitment to quality. Above all else, this is what we bring to every project we undertake.”

Tom has directed the company’s growth. Now with several employees, Tom continues going above and beyond clients' expectations. Emphasizing home protection and earning clients’ trust continues to be among his top priorities.
